During his study trip to Tokyo Thomas Fritzsche visited the Maison Hermès in Ginza, designed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop in 1998.
This building is still outstanding among all the other buildings of big fashion brands in its simple and elegant design. Its strong and unique elevation made of glass blocks brings the beauty of the Maison de Verre in Paris to the busy centre of Tokyo.
