Fondatione Tedesco degli Studii Veneziani, Venice
On 03.11.2016 I visited the Fondatione Tedesco degli Studii Veneziani or German Center for Venetian Studies in Palazzo Barbarigo della Terrazza Venice.
Here I studied in spring of 1986. I enjoyed the palace, its terrace above the Canale Grande, the unique city of Venice and the colourful life in Italy.
The topic of my design work and thesis in 1986 was:
"Extensions and Reuse of old Buildings – Ca‘ Venier dei Leoni".
An old European topic that is now very present in China.
